I am seeking a talented and experienced AI developer to join our team in building a groundbreaking crisis management application.  This app will leverage AI to streamline communication, assess risks, and guide users through various crisis scenarios.

Project Description:

We are developing a mobile application that helps businesses and organizations prepare for and respond to crises effectively. This app will utilize AI functionalities, including:

Pre-defined crisis templates and communication plan builder
Risk assessment based on user input and real-time data
Emotional management features to help users stay calm during a crisis
Monitoring of social media and news for crisis-related information
Communication channels for internal and external stakeholders
Your Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain AI models for risk assessment, communication suggestion, and emotional management features.
Integrate pre-built AI building blocks and APIs into the application.
Ensure the app functions seamlessly with different communication platforms and data sources.
Contribute to the development and training of a multi-layered AI team within the app.
Work collaboratively with designers, front-end developers, and project managers.
Your Qualifications:

Proven experience in AI development and machine learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks).
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis.
Experience integrating AI models into mobile applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
Understanding of crisis management best practices.
Experience building chatbots or conversational AI interfaces.
Rates:

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience (Please specify your desired rate in your proposal).

Timeline:

The project is ongoing, with initial development expected to last for 3-6 months.
