1 Sign in withing Freshdesk for CRM & Zoom CX
2 Incoming call should automatically populate all customer info if there is an existing record on Freshdesk
3 Incoming Zoom Chat should automatically populate all customer info and past conversations (Chat, email or phone) on freshdesk (As an alternative we can use Fresh chat to avoid any complicated integrations)
4 User should be able to send zoom video link via chat that will need to be logged on Fershdesk ticekt and Zoom logs as well
5 Provide detailed reports between both platform (Intercation date, time, duration, AHT  etc)
6 Create a link to clients website with radio buttons to call & chat
7 Surveys to be sent after every call/chat and needs to be captured in freshdesk

We are also attaching the expectation of the plugin. The attacment shows the Five9 plugin inside Zendesk and we are trying to achieve similar results of having a ZoomCX plugin inside Freshdesk.
Budget is also negotiable.
