We are looking to develop a full scale PTT Walkie Talkie app like Zello. We will need mobile app for Android only. We will need admin dashboard as well. We would like to utilize websocket technology instead of using a paid server if possible. The app will need to be default android and act as the operating system so no other apps can be opened.
