– Ability to post and edit news items.
– Features for commenting and feedback on posts.
3- Leave Request Module
-A system for employees to submit leave requests.
– An approval workflow that notifies superiors and allows them to approve or decline requests.
– Integration with the company’s calendar and email system for notifications.
4- Expense Request Approval System
– A form for submitting expense requests.
– Approval workflow similar to the leave request system.
– Capability to attach receipts or other documents.
5- Future Expansion Capabilities
– Modular design to easily integrate additional features and processes in the future.
– Documentation for the architecture to guide future development.
Technical Specifications:
– The intranet should be developed using Sharepoint.
– Ensure compatibility with major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
– Mobile-responsive design.
– Secure login and user authentication system.
– Compliance with data protection regulations.
Milestones:
– Initial Design Mockup (3 options): 5 days from appointment
– First Prototype: 10 days from appointment
