How it Works Section: Develop a clear and concise section that outlines the real estate wholesaling process. This should include steps such as property evaluation, cash offer submission, and closing procedures. Use visual elements and engaging content to make the process easy to understand.
Reviews Section: Implement a section where past clients can leave reviews and testimonials about their experience with our company. This will help build trust and credibility with potential sellers. There should be a link sellers can click on to enter their review
Seller Contact Form: Create a user-friendly contact form where sellers can enter their name and contact information to receive a cash offer for their property. The form should be prominently displayed on the website and easy to fill out. This should link to my email so that I can follow up directly
I will provide 2-3 examples of comparable real estate wholesaling websites as inspiration for design, functionality, and user experience. These can be emulated in the content and design of the site
