We have an Expo application that features a Flatlist (from react-native-gesture-handler).

In the Flatlist, a data structure is rendered that has two types of rows – groups and items. Groups are the parents of the items, but are rendered alongside them, with minor nuances in visual presentation. We want both of these types of rows to be drag and droppable.

We will provide you with a set of designs that outline what the interactions should look like. We will also provide you with example code that contains our current implementation. What’s important is that we need a library that will provide a unified experience on 3 platforms – iOS, Android and web. The result needs to be a drop-in replacement of a Flatlist, with new props added as needed to support the drag and drop functionality. The core functionality of a Flatlist should not, however, be altered.
