We need to create an educational learning portal for university students. As follows we have a series of high level specifications as well as mocks in order to understand the size of the project. Initially we need a high level estimation and we can gladly proceed to a more detailed meeting with in depth analysis of the project.
The basic functions are as following:
classes Management
lessons Management
chapters (with locked for free/non free users)
assignments
learning material
cheatsheets
material (based on subcategories) e.g. books/pdf
one can buy lessons /chapters
one can buy bundles of lessons/chapters
a student can communicate with teachers
as well as assignment of courses to students
teachers management with data as seen on the screenshots
teacher application process would be also considered as part of the functions provided

Technologies to be used:
We are requesting the CMS to be used to be a wordpress installation (separate subdomain e.g university.arnos.gr ), The tricky part is that this should be able to work with an already existing wordpress installation found in our main domain www.arnos.gr, but we need to use the restriction that both wordpress setups would use the same database only for a) Users b) Orders
c) woocommerce functionality of main site

The shopping checking out should be able to take place on the main site and hence tracking orders there.
Access to the database would be of course given. Changes on the main site can also take place from your side, but NOTHING should be altered in a way to disturb the existing installation.

During development testing/staging environments can be provided alongside the respective main domain and replicated data.

Other considerations
Caching mechanism should be also in place, redis or other memcached servers will be provided as well. Final production environment will be behind Cloudflare CDN.
Elementor plugin should be avoided , “Bricks Builder” replacement is bought and can be provided to work with.
Top priorities would be loading performance and UX.
Also No ready LMS (eg.Learndash) should be used in order to achieve course management.
Integration with ActiveCampaign is also mandatory, details and api’s will be provided as well
SEO considered approach should be definitely considered.
Mobile first targeting, the desktop screens are now provided, but mobile exist as well

We would need an annual contract of support for needs/ changes.
