The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive e-commerce platform specifically tailored for our business needs. This will be a long-term project, spanning approximately 3 months, focused on creating a user-friendly, efficient, and secure online store.
## Project Phases
### Phase 1: Planning and Requirements Gathering
– Activities:
– Initial meeting to discuss project goals, timelines, and specific requirements.
– Collection and analysis of requirements for the e-commerce platform.

### Phase 2: Design and Prototyping
– Activities:

### Phase 3: Development
– Activities:

– Installation and configuration of necessary plugins.

– Implementation of product listing and product image modules (content to be provided by the client).

– Integration of content provided by the client (with 1-week prior notice for content preparation).
– Formatting and optimization of content for web.
### Phase 5: Testing and Quality Assurance
– Activities:
– Thorough testing of the e-commerce platform, including functional, performance, security, and user experience tests.
– Identification and fixing of bugs and issues.
– Re-testing of fixed issues.
– Feedback and approval from the client.
### Phase 6: Deployment and Go-Live
– Activities:
– Final preparation of the site for live deployment.
– Migration to live server.
– Final checks and testing in the live environment.
### Phase 7: Post-Launch Support and Maintenance
– Activities:
– Monitoring of the website for any issues.
– Immediate fixes for any bugs or performance issues.
– Regular updates and maintenance.

– Smart EPP portal as per specified flow.

## Client ( our ) Responsibilities
– Provision of product listings, product images, and other content in a timely manner.
– Regular feedback and approvals during various phases of the project.
– Timely communication and collaboration for an efficient workflow.
## Payment Terms
– Payment schedule will be based on milestones completion.
– Detailed payment terms to be discussed and agreed upon in the contract.
## Confidentiality
– All project materials and intellectual property will be treated as confidential.
– Non-disclosure agreements to be signed if required.
## Amendments to the SOW
– Any changes in the project scope must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
