We are seeking a skilled and creative website developer to create a professional website for our furnished rental properties currently listed on Airbnb. 22 units in total. 5 different properties.  This project involves designing and developing a user-friendly website that showcases each of our rental units in an attractive and informative manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, graphic design, and preferably, experience in the real estate or rentals market.

Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development: Create a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate website that is mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized. The design should reflect our brand’s identity and appeal to our target audience.

Content Migration: Transfer all existing content from our Airbnb listings to the new website. This includes detailed descriptions of each rental unit, amenities, location information, and rental terms.

Photo Watermarking: Add a subtle watermark to all property photos featuring the website name. This watermark should be placed in a corner of each photo to avoid detracting from the image quality while ensuring brand visibility.

Individual Rental Pages: Develop a dedicated page for each rental unit, including a photo gallery, detailed descriptions, amenities, pricing, availability calendar, and a booking inquiry form.

SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to ensure the website ranks well on search engines for relevant keywords. Additionally, integrate analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user engagement.

Maintenance and Updates: Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to the website as needed, including adding new rental units, updating photos and descriptions, and ensuring the website remains secure and functional.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio of previous projects.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
– Experience with photo editing software for watermarking images.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
– Experience in the real estate or rental market is a plus.
