I want to start with a minimum effective benchmark that will simply show what games are playing, and then show me what the current pace of play is (based on an algorithm that I will provide to you) for each quarter and for the game as a whole.  

Evenetually I want this to become a statistical hub but I want to start by using it as a tool and making sure it works the way I want it to work – no bells and whistles for now as I will be the only one using the program, step 1 is essentially to find the right developer for this software so that I can continue to build it into a vision that I have for it.  

Ideally, you have knowledge of sports (primarily basketball) and you have experience with Frontend (React or similar), Backend (Django or similar), Database (PostgreSQL or similar), Websockets and API.
