Looking for a website to be built that will be easy for me to work with in the back end.  It will be similar to fletcrentalproperties.com with some simplification and differences.  I need users to be able to purchase a membership/subscription to my website.  I have these options already created in stripe.  Then I will need them to agree to terms/conditions.  I will then need them to be able to post property images and property information.  I do not need them to be able to receive communication through the website.  I believe this means I do not need them to register.   I only need them to be able to post on the website.  I need them to be able to submit information to the site to be posted that includes the following: images, property description, number of bedrooms, checklist of amenities to choose from, and other things for them to choose from like fenced in area vs. not fenced in area.  Each property a person adds will need its on URL.

I will need the following pages.  
1) Home page- with information and buttons that can be clicked on. Availability Button that will take you to a google sheet or google form.  Add property to webiste Button that will take user to the subscription page.

2) FAQ Page-  with the information I provide.

3) Sign Up page (which I will supply an image for), which will allow users to see and choose different subscription options that link them to stripe.

4) Contact page that asks for their name, email, phone number, and comment.

5) If at all possible, an Availability Page or some kind of indication on the property that indicates if it is available or not  Similar to an item being in stock or out of stock.  Users would somehow need the option to select their property as available or not available (similar to in stock or out of stock) which would then send or maybe filter the property to the availability page.  Or at least indicate on the property its availability.

Please tell me what you plan on using to build the website and include examples of previous work similar to the website I am looking to have built.  Specifically I would like to see examples where users were able to post themselves.

Please tell me what monthly or yearly costs would be associated with the method you would choose to build the website.
