To achieve this, we’re seeking an experienced CRO specialist to work closely with our marketing and copywriting team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run Split Tests: Utilize Convert.com to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across our web and checkout pages.
* Optimize Conversion Rates: Continuously monitor and improve conversion rates by leveraging insights from testing and data analysis.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to develop and execute testing strategies that align with our overall business goals.
* Mobile Optimization: Given that 81% of our traffic is mobile, a key focus will be optimizing our mobile user experience.
* WordPress Management: Leverage your WordPress expertise to implement changes and ensure seamless integration of tests with our website.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience using Convert.com or VWO for running successful CRO campaigns.
* Strong expertise in WordPress, including customization, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
* A deep understanding of mobile-first design and user experience principles.
* Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
