Will also be OK with a developer who can create a platform where this and other similar surveys can be created.

All backed development, hosting, etc will be needed.  Must be able to access APIs from various parts of the process to dynamically create pages and to verify data using third party data sources.  Database expertise is a must (some data is stored in Airtable).

Will also need an ad server integration, or create one that is part of the platform. Open to either approach.  Having experience in Affiliate Marketing and Lead Generation is a big plus.

This site will have several thousand visitors per day so it and the backend will need to be designed to accommodate high volume and scale.
