Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Prepare and submit project budget estimates, schedules, and contracts
Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure the best deals and quality
Collaborate with the architect and other members of the construction crew to test for project feasibility and resolve any issues
Liaise with clients throughout the project and address their concerns and feedback
Oversee the labour schedule and assign tasks to the appropriate personnel
Monitor and report on the progress and performance of the projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
Develop and implement quality control and risk management programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction project coordinator or similar role
Excellent command of the English language ( written and verbal)
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
Proficient in MS Office, ClickUp, and other project management software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Able and available to make phone calls to stakeholders in our timeframe
Available to work nightshift (for you ) dayshift for us
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and quality
Hourly Range: $5.00-$20.00
