We are a young but motivated startup from Europe from Germany with office in Oslo & Berlin which is currently looking for a CTO. We are looking for a motivated, open minded but professional and extroverted developer who will become a co-founder in our company and help us create our product and join us on a crazy journey.
We are a SAAS / HR company which has already traction, investors, partnerships and a small customer base. Due to company intern regulations and gatekeeping we wish to share more informations about our product in the first meetings.
What does this position bring:
– As a co-founder you will be leading the Development team and you will be the driving force behind the product which includes, upcoming features, hiring new employees, managing APIs & more.
– You will be working on creating our product where the prototype is already finished and only needs to be translated and deployed.
– You will be in contact with our partners to ensure a streamlined way to share data via different systems.
Who are you and what are we looking for:
– You are a motivated Boy / Girl which loves creating visual stunning products that translate into a great experience for both customers and our team.
– You are known for being very open minded, and very talkative when it comes to building teams, and holding a great relationship with your co-founders and employees. You also bring your own experience to the table and share your ideas since you are a co-founder with a responsibility.
– You have at least 5 years of experience in building software products and you are motivated to deploy a product as fast as possible without having to use many outside sources like extra freelancers.
– You love to work from home and you know how to use software like Teams, Monday.com and others…
– You love to expand your network and you are goal oriented and you understand the scope of beeing a CTO for a startup.
Benefits:
– By joining our team you will receive a co-founder contract which will include 10% of our company which will raise to 15% after the deployment of the system & the successful raise of funds for the startup.
– After receiving funding* you will receive salary according to European standard with the possibility for extra benefits like traveling between our offices and working along side our departments.
– You will receive yearly bonuses (holiday money) which is counted as un-taxed salary on top of your base salary.
– You will be joining our fundraising and be a driving person that has a say in our decisions.
– You will receive a signing bonus of 2000$ if we onboard you to the team and we decide to sign contracts with you.
Where are you from:
– For us it doesn’t matter where you are from as long as you know how to work in your position and you are exited about this opportunity. You are between 23 – 35 years old and you have experience with working with international startups. If you have prior worked in a failed startup this would be a HUGE plus, that way you can bring in your experience and prevent certain decision which could harm the company.
