We are a fast-growing SaaS fintech company focused on fraud prevention using LLMs and GenAI, and we are seeking a Co-Founder CTO to join our team. As the Co-Founder CTO, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our technical strategy. You will be responsible for leading the development of our fraud prevention platform using LLMs and GenAI. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a disruptive startup and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the technical strategy and oversee the development of our fraud prevention platform
– Collaborate with the founding team to define product roadmap
– Manage and mentor a team of developers
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in fraud prevention

Skills Required:
– Strong experience with LLMs and GenAI
– Proficient in programming languages such as Python, node.js, React, Postgres DB
– Familiarity with cloud-based technologies
– Excellent leadership and communication skills

Please note:  Here is where we are and where you would need to be for both of us to be successful.
1) We are bootstrapped (not-funded), so the Co-Founder CTO will need to match that approach until we can pay a salary or hourly rate.  Please tell us about that and what you propose.  We can offer good equity for any tech leader, and higher equity for a co-founder.
2) We have a team of experience fintech executives and fraud fighters, and have an MVP built.  This product needs to be owned by someone "on the permanent team"… that is the teammate we are hoping to find.
3) If you are not ready to commit your next three to five years to a new venture, please do not apply.  We are looking for a tech leader to own the product technology – all good and bad parts.
4) If you are a dev shop wanting a new project to work on, please do not apply.  Because of item 2.
5) If you are curious about AI but have no real experience, please do not apply.  We already have the basics.  We’re looking to build advanced technology to take us to the next level.
