1. Design/create a client intake form to complete a financial statement. I can do the form design/questions, etc. Both for the interview and the resulting word document. I’ve done this several times in Hotdocs, XpressDox, and Gavel.
2. Lawyer sends the link to a client by email.
3. Client completes the form. She/he can save and come back to it as needed.
4. Once form is submitted, client cannot make additional entries.
5. Lawyer has the authority to re-open access from time to time as needed to make changes.
6. Interview information is passed to/generates a Word document.
7. Word document is emailed back to the lawyer.

The link would be billed on a monthly subscription basis, so it needs to be connected to a payment system.

I would need a place to manage all of this: form edits, client subscriptions, lawyer links, a marketing/blog/demo space, etc.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
