I have a web app that allows users to practice selling a product by allowing them to talk to AI. We have a suggestions feature that provides them with real-time suggestions on how to answer question etc. and now we want to take that feature from the simulator and provide it for real-life calls with customers. To do this, I’m thinking to build a Chrome plugin that has access to their audio and can integrate with the OpenAI assistant I’m using for this. Each client has their own assistant so there should be some simple logic to see which organization is associated with their account on my website and then serve the assistant ID for their account. I can provide the code from my codebase of streaming with an assistant.
I’d also like this extension to have the ability to integrate with CRM’s. To start, it could just be with Salesforce. We would pull data on a customer into the context of the assistant and then after the call push the results back into Salesforce. You wouldn’t need to sort out all the specific logic of what the assistant pulls and pushes but it should be accommodated in the architecture of the chrome plugin.
I’m looking for a great communicator who has built chrome plugins before and understands the packing of a chrome plugin and the permissions considerations.
