Looking for someone to create a Google chrome extension to show vital stats for SEO purposes ie H1, H2… , image alt text, meta title, meta description etc

I have a similar extension which is not available anymore I would like it based on but with more functionality  

2. Able to pin to keep it open especially when going to a new page
3. Ability to see downloads/installations
4. Subscribe button, ie trial version you can’t pin, can only use for x amount of times and/or can only be used on one page per website
6. In built advertising to generate revenue
7. Feedback section
