U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the ASEAN Post-Ministerial conference in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, praised the role on the Indo-Pacific region in the upcoming semicentenary. “The story of the next 50 years will largely be written here in this region,” he said. “The Indo-Pacific region, remains a focal point of US foreign policy,” Rubio added. In his turn, Deputy Prime Minister and Cambodia’s Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn, said: “ASEAN and the United States has built a relationship that is both broad in scope and deep in substance.” Watch for more
