**Responsibilities:**

1. **Platform Integration:** Configure and integrate a chatbot on our WordPress website using Tidio, HubSpot, Join.Chat, QuantumCloud, or similar platforms to enhance customer experience.

2. **FAQ Management:** Enter all frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to maternity and newborn photography, ensuring comprehensive coverage for client inquiries.

3. **Prompt Development:** Craft engaging and user-friendly prompts to guide visitors through a seamless and enjoyable chatbot interaction.

4. **Equation Implementation:** Create and implement equations to enable the chatbot to provide accurate and relevant answers based on client queries.

5. **Formatting Mastery:** Ensure the chatbot’s responses are well-formatted, maintaining a professional and cohesive design with our website.
