Unified Chatbot Creation: Develop a unified end-to-end chatbot capable of handling interactions on both Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp through Bird.com.
Channel-Specific Triggers: Configure triggers within the chatbot to initiate conversations on both Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
Flow Actions Setup:
Design actions within the chatbot flow to manage user interactions, incorporating conditional logic based on the channel and user responses.
CRM Integration (Pipedrive): Ensure seamless data transfer from both channels to Bird CRM using appropriate actions within the chatbot flow.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to confirm the chatbot handles interactions correctly on both platforms and that data is accurately sent to the CRM.
Lead Information Management: Capture lead information on Facebook Messenger and transfer it to the CRM. Schedule and send follow-up WhatsApp messages to leads captured through Facebook Messenger.
Website Chat Widget Configuration:
Create and customize a chat widget for the website, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s appearance and behavior. Install the widget on the website.
Live Agent Handover: Integrate an option within the chatbot flow to hand over conversations to a live agent when specific conditions are met.
Agent Assistant Features:
Enable features like answer suggestions, conversation summaries, and rephrasing to aid live agents.
Partial Conversation Transcripts:
Set up the chatbot to send partial conversation transcripts to the CRM if the user does not complete the interaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing and managing chatbots for multiple channels.
Familiarity with Bird.com and CRM integration.
Strong understanding of conditional logic in chatbot flows.
Experience with website chat widget configuration.
Excellent testing and debugging skills.
