Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to configure a chatbot on a white-label chatbot platform. The chatbot should seamlessly integrate with WhatsApp and manage appointments via a calendar management tool (Google Calendar, Calendly, or similar). The primary goal is to create a virtual assistant for a psychological consultancy client. If the setup is successful, we aim to expand this service to additional clients.

Responsibilities:
– Configure a chatbot on a white-label chatbot platform.
– Connect the chatbot to WhatsApp, including integration with the client’s Meta account.
– Set up a calendar management account (Google Calendar, Calendly, or similar) and connect it to the chatbot.
– Integrate the chatbot with AI and the calendar management platform to perform the following tasks:
    – Redirect messages from the client’s personal WhatsApp to the virtual assistant, which will continue the conversation on WhatsApp.
    – Answer basic questions about the client’s services.
    – Schedule appointments for in-person meetings or video calls based on the client’s calendar availability.
    – Send reminders via WhatsApp a day before or on the morning of the appointment, with options to cancel or reschedule based on the client’s availability.
    – Provide appointment details, cancellations, or rescheduling options when clients contact the personal WhatsApp or the virtual assistant directly.
– Deliver a fully functional setup, tested and ready to use, along with a brief training session for basic management.

Important Notes:
This project is for a real client offering psychological consultancy. Once the virtual assistant is configured and working properly, the next step is to develop inbound marketing campaigns. Knowledge of content planning, tools, and inbound marketing flows would be a plus.

We are interested in offering the virtual assistant service through a white-label platform because we plan to extend the service to more clients (with additional functionalities, especially related to AI). Therefore, it would be advantageous if you are interested in providing your services recurrently as more clients join.

Additional pluses: experience in connecting AI-assisted chatbots with web chat, Facebook messaging, Instagram, TikTok, CRM systems, and payment platforms (Stripe, etc.).

Requirements:
– Proven experience in chatbot configuration and integration.
– Familiarity with WhatsApp API and Meta account integration.
– Knowledge of calendar management tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, or similar.
– Experience with AI integration in chatbots.
– Ability to deliver a fully functional and tested setup.
– Availability for a brief training session post-delivery.
