Federal Legislative Palace, major military bases, airfields, ports, and communications facilities came under attack. La Guaira Port and Fuerte Tiuna were also among the most significant locations hit. Parts of Caracas, including Santa Mónica and areas near Fort Tiuna, plunged into darkness following the attacks.
