Title: C++ Developer for OpenAI Whisper and Piper Integration

Description:
We are seeking an experienced C++ developer to implement a solution based on OpenAI’s Whisper and Piper for Windows. The goal is to develop a program that utilizes these technologies efficiently, including the development of necessary drivers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Whisper and Piper and be able to streamline the integration process to minimize the learning curve.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a Windows-based application using C++ that integrates OpenAI’s Whisper and Piper.
• Develop and implement necessary drivers for seamless operation.
• Ensure the calling program can use the developed driver as a microphone device, with the processed output being directed back to the calling application.
• Achieve real-time processing where the user speaks and Speech-to-Text (STT) to Text-to-Speech (TTS) conversion occurs within 1.5 seconds, producing complete voice sentences in Piper voices.
• Ensure Whisper can understand different dialects and has the capability to be trained for improved accuracy.
• Optimize the solution for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with our team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Provide documentation and support for the developed solution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI’s Whisper and Piper.
• Strong understanding of driver development for Windows.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and report progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in implementing AI solutions.
• Familiarity with other AI models and libraries.
• Experience with cross-platform development.
• Strong background in optimizing software for performance.
