Job Summary —–
# Looking for a C++ developer with minimum 5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
● Build and deliver software solutions using contemporary approaches.
● Troubleshoot technical problems.
● Ensure the delivery of quality product by ensuring code peer review, unit testing, and
other techniques.
● Contribute to the design and implementation of standards, procedures, and
methodologies to maximise theeffectiveness of the product delivery lifecycle.
● Analyse, consult, design, develop, and install computer applications to support business
objectives.
● Compile, maintain and review artefacts generated out of the SDLC.
● Provide system support by investigating, liaising and advising on problems reported by
business support teams, system test, and third party providers.
● Adhere to software development best practice and ensure repeatable and ongoing
success.
● Identify and evaluate industry innovations, trends and offerings, act as an SME and be atthe forefront of software development practices.
● Participate in workshops, stand ups, product demonstrations and retrospectives.● Estimate total effort required to deliver release cycles and support application release
planning.
Must-Haves:
● 5+ years’ work experience within a complex application development and support
environment.
● Secure knowledge of structured application development techniques.
● Good understanding of the IT&T industry, as well as technology trends and related
practices.
● Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive adoption
within a team.
● Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business
and technology teams.
● Solid understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulations.
Good to Have:
● Detailed knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries (nice to have).
