– Utilize RPA tools such as Make and Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
– Integrate AI technologies to enhance automation capabilities and decision-making processes.
– Work closely with HR companies to transition from managing large CRM spreadsheets to dynamic Airtable dashboards.
– Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual data input.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
– Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation, RPA, and AI to suggest innovative solutions.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Business Automation Developer or similar role.
– Proficiency in using Airtable for workflow management and customization.
– Hands-on experience with RPA tools, particularly Make and Zapier.
– Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into business processes.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency.
– Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
– Experience working with HR companies is a plus.
– Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
