Requirements
• A deep knowledge of Global Finance/Accounting Function technology across a broad spectrum of Financial Function business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Asset Management, Allocations,, Forecasting tools, Oracle Financials (Preferably)
• Gather or analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions, (e.g., audience analysis, needs analysis, delta analysis, validation sessions) analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to prepare the Business Requirement Documents.
• Define and propose industry standard KPI’s for reporting, analytics and dashboards to Managers and Executives
• In-depth knowledge of  Finance/Accounting Domain, processes, and procedures
• Provide expertise to solution design of the given requirements, making appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database technology & Support creation of Data Warehouse and analytical product
• Advanced understanding of Finance/Accounting domain and system processing and business processes and their dependencies
• Collaborates with business SMEs to understand business functionalities and processes.
• Data mapping of various ETL’s from multiple system sources to new Oracle Financial Reporting dataset.
• Support UAT with users and facilitate sign off within the set timelines.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, listening skills.
• 7 Plus years of experience as BA with Solid understanding of Finance Processes and data

Hourly Range: $12.00-$15.00
