We are in search of a skilled web developer to collaborate on an exciting project, TopGro, aimed at helping Africans find mentors and access growth opportunities. Similar to platforms like ADPlists and Mentor Cloud, TopGro is designed to be a user-friendly space where mentees can connect with mentors for free and access valuable courses, masterclasses, and job opportunities.

Key Project Features:

Mentor-Mentee Connections:

Develop a seamless platform where mentees can find mentors based on their interests, expertise, and availability.
Implement a booking system for 30-minute mentorship sessions, allowing users to schedule meetings either within or outside the platform, depending on capacities.
Courses Marketplace:

Create a courses marketplace where users can find both paid and free courses.
Enable course creators to upload and monetize their courses, with TopGro receiving a commission for each course sold.
Masterclasses:

Implement a system for TopGro to organize both free and paid masterclasses once or twice a month.
Enable users to apply for these masterclasses directly through the platform.

Job Postings:

Integrate a job board where TopGro can post relevant job offerings for the community.
Allow users to apply for jobs directly through the platform, creating a comprehensive career development space.

User Authentication and Profiles:

Develop a secure user authentication system for mentors and mentees to sign up and log in.
Enable users to update their bio/profile information, providing a personalized experience on the platform.

User Interaction:

Facilitate communication between mentors and mentees within the platform.
Implement features that allow users to enroll in courses, apply for masterclasses, and apply for jobs seamlessly.

Success Criteria:

Successful implementation of mentor-mentee connection features, including booking and communication.
Functional course marketplace with proper monetization and commission system.
Successful organization of monthly masterclasses.
Job board with relevant job postings and seamless application process.
User-friendly signup, login, and profile update functionalities.
