Need a Website. It will have a few forms on it. Needs a backend login page for the users with a tracking system. Needs to have some kind of system in place where the user can pass a link to someone else and when the other user signs up I will be informed of who referred them (similar to affiliate marketing) – I am looking for a quote as opposed to an hourly rate

Have a second website needed so if work done on first website is good will be offered second job as well.
