This is another webiste i want to make.I already have a specific design in mind for the site, user will just create his/her own deisgn ,then that data will be saved in database, admin can view design created by users.so I need someone who can help me.Website need to be complete mobile responsive,speed optimization and seo friendly.

The important below 2 points:
1."Request free design" with some step form and on fill of all field there is submit button will send all these details to admin
2.In the "Design Your Own" option, the user can upload their design image or they can skip logo upload and select design elements to custom design their socks
