Develop interactive photo gallery that allows users to create an account and post photos with descriptions. Gallery visitors will have the ability to comment on photos. Users will have the ability to respond to comments submitted by visitors.

– Photo gallery with browsing capability
– Photo gallery with photo categorization

– Send/receive alerts
– Photo and content moderation capabilities (very important)
– Image and text export capabilities
– Page URLs, rending and structure must be SEO friendly
– Gallery must fully mobile compatible

However, we’d also like to add the ability for users to comment on other user’s photo submissions (similar to how users can comment on author posts in WordPress.) I’m confident there are off-the-shelve photo galleries that can be modified to our specification without developing a fully custom solution.

You must be able to provide references and previously completed work samples of a similar level of difficulty.

A detailed proposal will be required for consideration. Proposals WITHOUT project specs and cost breakouts will not be considered.
