I need someone to build a react web application (redux-toolkit + typescript) with nodejs/express api backend with postgresql db using Auth0 api for auth.

Application will have different levels of permissions but overall the application is roughly ~10 screens of basically CRUD operations and off-the-shelf material-ui components.

Will need to integrate Plivo sms/call api + twilio sendgrid (subuser) for email sending.

Will need to manage background jobs using BullMQ on top of Redis. For this reason you must be very comfortable planning out and implementing efficient / scalable backend solutions. The backend/api work is definitely the more intensive part of this.

Will be provided initial designs for database and mockups before beginning.

Must have a strong, verifiable portfolio of work. Looking for long-term relationship of future projects if it works out.

Will have very clear expectations of each milestone/deliverable and high expectations. Unit tests will be required for all code. May expand to include requirement of functional tests for backend as well (to be determined on this piece).
