We want to take our Shopify store (https://shop.frontdesksupply.com) to the level and have it function as a sales complement/self-serve site.  Take pride in taking a small business to the next level.

We want to do it in phases (and manage/pay against those) so we gain functionality as we go (meaning releases to our current audience) but on an aggressive schedule.  Key stakeholders would expect regular check-ins and open communication to ensure understanding of the project and reduce any confusion and ensure fast decisions when needed.  The expectation is for best-of-breed Shopify app knowledge to expand the usability and accelerate the project.  Largely work independently other than noted communication.

Phase 1:
Upgrade the look of our current site to expose our core products, while leaving existing automation/functionality intact.  Recently purchased a template that might/should work (warehouse theme).
Expected/hoped time: Less than 1 week.

Phase 2:
Add tiered pricing for all of our core products so both visitors and existing customers can see pricing for our core products (about 7 categories and maybe 25 products).  We have a few apps purchased and being used, but we need a better implementation.

We need to leave pricing intact for existing accounts, as we have some automation built in and don’t want to confuse customers.
We do want to enhance usability for those and develop a migration plan for them to the full site being developed.
Expected/hoped time: 1  to 2 weeks.

Phase 3:
Enhance the marketing from the site – abandoned cart, order reminders, offers, let know about like products, etc..  Best of breed selling and marketing from Shopify experience needed.
Expected/hoped time: Less than 1 week

Phase 4:
Connect pricing from Shopify site to an Airtable Relational database (https://www.airtable.com/guides).  Initially for the core products noted in Phase 2, then for other products we offer.
Expected/hoped time: 1-3 weeks, but that is a guess.

Phase 5: Develop/expand graphics tools from a usability standpoint.  We have in place, but need help "talking about it" and improving use.  TBD time and need.

Total hoped timeline – less than a month for the first 3 phases, with a goal of a deeper roster of well-seen products being marketed to existing and new clients.  Phase 4 would be a great enhancement to that but our goal is to get the first 3 phases in a month.

Likely to become an ongoing maintenance role, especially with demonstrated communication and results as the phases roll out.

Experience with Zapier (https://zapier.com/) and Airtable would greatly enhance the role and need for the person on an ongoing basis.  If this jolts sales as we expect it to, we will need good people and your part in getting us there makes you a key player.

We previously posted for this (and apologize for reposting for anyone that sent in their skills.  We needed more specifics to help us select), but wanted to ensure we got across the need for specific expertise and an aggressive timeline.
