We are looking to create a security risk management system for our business. The system will evolve in complexity over time so should be modular in design with the latter stages being APIs for real-time data which will update risks in real-time.

Initial requirements.

The system will pull risks from different locations, most likely MS power apps and office 365 environments, potentially from data stored in AWS cloud.

It is anticipated that risks will be raised in an MS power app.

We would like to be able to visualise these risks in a dashboard and on a chart. See attached example for illustrative purposes.

We would like the ability to apply filters to produce different views/results in the dashboard and chart.

We would like to be able to create risk reports, likely in a pdf to export and disseminate internally and externally.

We would like to be able to integrate a calendar and notification functionality to alert the business when risks need reviewing along with their status. These would be set by the risk creator.

We would like to be able to able to group risks (for example business risks) and have a dashboard which shows if overall risk (combination of all business risks) is changing i.e. risk increase or decrease and in what areas. Ability to introduce more complexity to these features in the future.

Longer term

We would like to leverage APIs to influence risks in real-time. For example, we might want to know if a client is more likely to be a victim of theft. They hold a large qty of gold at home. We would like to API the market price of gold, apply that to relevant risks such as this and have this influence the risk score. for example, price increases, and client risk increases.

I have included a potential example of what a chart view/visualisation might look like.

Many thanks
