Looking for someone to build a website for my realtor business that has the following different sections –

1. Home – overview of website
2. Meet *NAME* – overview of me and my services
3. Courses – paid course – TBD
4. Invest – pitch on investing with me personally
5. Resources – freebies, mini courses, library, essentials
6. Shop – freebies, paid workshops, templates, and spreadsheets for people to purchase
7. Learn – blog that will focus on SEO keywords and free value articles

I want to make sure that the website can do the following –
1. We can include a blog section under the "Learn" tab and I can write my own articles later and publish and manage other posts? And I can rank for SEO?
2. That we can put a shop section in the website that will allow for people to purchase/add to cart (as shown in the example website)

I am looking for a modern clean and sleek website that fits what I would be looking for as a realtor but professional and fun still. I want it to be heavily focused on personal branding as a realtor.
