We want to use Buddyboss from scratch.

In general: we want a fully working app and webpage for our clients, that are business owners who want to scale their business in the german speaking market.

They get videos, community and help provided from us.

Here are the requirements:
– Hosted on a very fast hosting option, absoluetly safe and easy to use
– Standard video course option with clear and easy usability, pause options and ability to continue where we left off
– a way of giving "credits". So you can use 1 credit to watch one course etc. You automatically get 1 credit a month (like audible)
– Gamification: We would love to have a leaderbaord for revenue but also for a mix of interaction/watching videos/commenting etc.
– Gamification: We would love to have for example a revenue chart that grows and grows as a little cool option, that shows progress (levels would also be an idea)
– General community feature, where we answer questions etc
– Heavily on app use, but also the option to do this on desktop if user wants to
– seemless and easy use, very simple focus on the main thing, which is learning and completion of course.  

Requirements for our use case, not our customers:
– we would need access to data that shows exactly when the person logged in last, what they did last etc, so our customer service team can intervene, call, etc, if they get lost
– Also ideal if we could attach autoresponders to this via whatsapp or sms to keep our members active.
– We would need different "products" in buddy boss. One for our core customers, but in the future, we would have different products on this plattform that have to be seperated entirely, so a user only has access to what we give them access too
– There needs to be automation in a way, that if they buy a product over stripe, digistore etc, they get access automatically

These are just a few first thoughts. A lot of the language you could translate via AI or we translate it working through, that shouldnt be a biggy.

What I need from you first:
Clear use cases, where you can show that you did something similar already with login for us, so we can check out the membership and see if that is something we like.

Your estimation of time for this project.

From there on, the milestones:
1. First draft of concept
2. Timeline for making the concept reality and meeting points for feedback
3. MVP testing
4. Finalization
5. 90 days+ debugging
6. Continuous work if we need changes or other stuff

This also includes creating a guide on how to use the whole plattform from our persperctive as hosts.
