I need a single page web app that can allow a user to upload their website, company name, photos, and brand guidelines (logo, colors, etc.).

Then when the user submits the form it will generate a social media post template that’s aligned with their company’s industry, brand, and voice.  Then after a template is created, the user can generate overlay text that will be placed on the image in a design friendly way.

I have a working proof of concept in python to work from, but we’ll need a superior fine tuned or trained model for the generic posts, a tool that better places the text and makes it more readable, and integrates images into the generated SVGs that later become the downloadable posts.
