We are currently seeking a skilled AI and Automation Specialist to develop and implement an automated dispatching system using AI technologies at Caddy Moving. The goal is to replace our current manual dispatch process with an AI-driven solution to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:
Analyze our existing dispatching process, identify repetitive tasks, and understand decision-making points.
Develop an AI model using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) to handle text-based communications between dispatchers and movers.
Implement an automated scheduling system that optimizes mover assignments based on availability, location, job urgency, and customer preferences.
Ensure seamless integration of the AI dispatch system with Zoho CRM and Twilio.
Conduct a pilot project to test the AI system under human supervision, gather feedback, and refine the model.
Gradually scale up the AI dispatch system while continuously monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.
Ensure data privacy and security during AI processing and communication.

Requirements:
Proven experience in developing AI-driven automation solutions, particularly with NLP and ML.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Twilio integration.
Experience with chatbot development platforms like Twilio, Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Integromat.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and unexpected scenarios.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team and ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the logistics or moving industry.
Previous projects involving AI-driven dispatching or scheduling systems.
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
