We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to create a comprehensive, AI-driven platform for landlords called Gen AI – Landlord Link.org

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with me to design, develop and implement the website architecture. Ensuring optimal performance and user experience of the website. Enhance the platform’s capabilities, integrate AI technologies, such as Azure LLM or OpenAI LLM.
Utilize technologies such as NoSQL databases, web development tools, and Zapier to build and maintain the platform.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in web development and a strong understanding of web technologies.
Experience with AI technologies, such as Azure LLM or OpenAI LLM. use these models to generate dynamic news and recreate blog posts by scraping the internet and rewriting content.
Proficiency in NoSQL databases, web development tools, web scraping and Zapier.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with me. I am open to change in the architecture as long as it makes sense.
