I have started a WordPress site already for my Rental Home, but I need help with some customized features and making it look professional.  I also, eventually, want to add reservation and payment features.

Secondarily, I want to develop a second website that provides a "by owner" listing of multiple homes that would include mine as well as be able to add other owner homes.  For example, this 2nd site would include our home and many others, and would be a "click-through" site providing customer access to many "by owner" rentals, as opposed to broker rentals.

Good English skills is essential
I want to learn a little bit about how to do basic editing myself, so I don’t always have to ask someone to make small changes.
I’d like to get the first stage of the project done in a few weeks.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00
