Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bubble.io Coach to lead and guide our team of developers in creating an innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using the Bubble platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Bubble.io’s features and functionalities, coupled with hands-on experience in developing web applications within the platform. As a Bubble.io Coach, you will play a pivotal role in steering our team towards successful project completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient utilization of the Bubble.io platform.

Responsibilities:
– Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of developers in utilizing the Bubble.io platform for building an Applicant Tracking System.
– Demonstrate proficiency in Bubble.io by actively participating in the development process, offering insights, and resolving technical challenges.
– Communicate effectively with team members and clients to convey concepts, requirements, and project progress throughout the development lifecycle.
– Utilize your strong understanding of no-code principles to streamline development workflows and optimize project efficiency.
– Apply UX/UI design principles to ensure the ATS delivers an intuitive and user-friendly experience for both clients and end-users.
– Employ problem-solving skills to address technical issues and adapt to evolving project requirements.
– Stay updated on the latest Bubble.io updates, innovations, and best practices, incorporating them into project strategies as needed.
– Configure and optimize databases within the Bubble.io platform to ensure optimal performance and scalability of the ATS.
