A brief description of my company to give you a better idea of what we need in this application.

We are a flyer distribution company. We have employees nationwide that go door to door to homes & apartments distributing flyers, door hangers, postcards and other advertisements. These advertisements are put on the front door of homes.  

Our employees (distributors) use their phones to take hundreds of pictures each day of the flyers on the doors as “Proof of Delivery”. They have to show Proof of Delivery to get paid, so this is the most important part of their job.

I need to build a web-based application that will mostly be accessed by our distributors on their phones that will allow them to upload hundreds of pictures each day to our server.

How it should work:
The App should allow our Admin to send the distributor a “Magic Link” that will allow them to upload the pictures from their phone. After their upload is complete, they should receive an automated receipt of the upload and how many pictures that they uploaded.  This process must be VERY simple as most of our distributors are not very savvy with phones or the internet. So the fewer options they have the better.

ADMIN SIDE: (This should on computer and mobile)
Ability to assign JOB Numbers & Job Names
Ability to send “Magic Links” to distributors via text and/email.
Receipts to Admin after photos have been uploaded (by distributors) along with the JOB number and Job Name.
Ability to delete pictures individually or in bulk.
Auto purge of pictures after 90 days.

Ability to generate an email to the customer with a Magic Link so they can view the "Proof of Delivery" pictures.
Customers can only access their pictures and this would be a “Read Only” account.
