We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scraper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using BrightData for data extraction from various real estate platforms and experience with web scraping from social media platforms like Facebook. Initially, the focus will be on Israeli real estate websites, but the role may expand to other regions.

Responsibilities:

Utilize BrightData to scrape and extract data from specified real estate websites.
Extract data from Israeli real estate platforms such as Yad2, Madlan, and the Israel Tax Authority’s Real Estate Information Repository.
Use our existing Facebook scraper to pull relevant data from specified real estate-related Facebook groups.
Clean, structure, and store the scraped data in a usable format for further analysis.
Ensure the data extraction processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.
Continuously monitor the websites and update the scraping scripts to adapt to any changes in website structure or scraping challenges.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate the scraped data into our internal systems.
Develop a custom dashboard for displaying the scraped data, including user authentication (username and password).

Requirements:

Proven experience in web scraping using BrightData.
Experience scraping real estate data from platforms such as Yad2, Madlan, and Israel Tax Authority’s Real Estate Information Repository.
Strong knowledge of web scraping tools and techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or any other relevant language for web scraping.
Experience with dashboard development and user authentication.
Familiarity with data cleaning and structuring.
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional web scraping tools and technologies.
Familiarity with the real estate market and related data.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations related to web scraping.
