We currently have three Kajabi sites and will be merging all info products into one website.
Responsibilities:
– Check emails multiple times a day and help our clients with any support needs
– Create and manage landing pages
– Create and manage funnels
– Create and manage email sequences
– Set up and manage automated marketing campaigns
– Troubleshoot and resolve Kajabi-related issues
– Stay up-to-date on the latest Kajabi features and updates
– Track funnel analytics and to help identify areas for improvement
Requirements
– Experience with customer service in English
– Project Management Skills
– Eye for detail
– Experience with building and managing Kajabi funnels and customer journeys including email marketing.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Help support the current team members to create processes for the business
Hours
Part-time starting at around 10 to 20 hours per week depending on the projects the team is working on, preferred working hours are between 9am to 2pm AEST (Brisbane) time, Monday to Friday.
