We’re looking for a developer to build a chatbot for our website. The main goals are lead generation, sales support, and user engagement. We’re thinking Botpress, but we’re open to other platforms if they’re better for what we need.

What we want the chatbot to do:
– Have smart conversations using our given knowledge base;
– Send images to users;
– Work in multiple languages;
– Let users upload files;
– Show YouTube videos (do not have to be embedded);
– Connect with Pipedrive (probably via API);
– Handoff to real people when needed;
– Have preset conversation flows;
– Learn from user feedback.

About that learning part:
– Ask users if the answer was helpful;
– Save their suggestions;
– Use these to improve over time.

This is a significant project. We’re after the best solution, so if you think another platform beats Botpress for what we need, let us know.
