I want a bot to create Investigation report by asking the investigator key questions and then filling out a template see example of template below.  A report is then generated so the investigator can then adjuster the report to be read more ledgable.

Then once the bot get to the end of asking the following heading it goes into a Word document so it can be edited like the example report below.

Then the bot is to grammer check and fact check the report by asking at the end has  all instruction been met as requested by the insurer.
