The deliverable is an Android application that acts as a gateway between a Bluetooth-enabled IR thermometer and a backend service.

The scenarios that the app needs to support:
1. The discovery and registration of the thermometer in the backend system (over the internet), including the UI, are required.
2. Receiving (in the background) new measurements and sending them to the backend system over the internet.
3. Management of the locally registered thermometer, e.g., stopping propagating the device’s measurement to the backend

– The thermometer has well well-documented Bluetooth protocol
– The backend has well well-documented protocol, based on REST and MQTT
