Former U.S. President Bill Clinton said a photograph showing him in a hot tub was taken during a trip to Brunei, according to video released March 2. The image was made public as part of a broader document dump tied to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein by the United States Department of Justice on December 19, 2025. In a videotaped deposition before the United States House Committee on Oversight and Reform, Clinton said his team had been working on global AIDS initiatives at the time of the trip and that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were present during parts of the travel. “Well my team was working on the AIDS issue and Mr. Epstein was there and Ms Maxwell. But anyway, we got to the end of the flight — the end of the flight was Brunei,” Clinton testified under oath. He added that upon arrival he “went to bed exhausted.”
