We are a dynamic digital media agency based in Washington DC, seeking a talented and bilingual Full Stack Developer/WordPress Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess a strong skill set in both full stack development and WordPress design and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress sites for various clients, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.

Collaborate with our design and content teams to implement creative solutions and enhance user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with WordPress sites, including plugin conflicts, server errors, and performance optimization.

Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for clear communication with clients.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Extensive experience working with WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and site optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Previous experience in a digital media agency or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
Additional Information:

This is a remote position with the possibility of occasional onsite meetings in Washington DC.
